These Terms form an agreement between you and the operator of VonWallace.com. They apply when you browse the website, submit information, use an interactive feature, access a private administrative tool, or authorize an associated application.

Additional rules, notices, or instructions may apply to a particular feature. Those additional terms become part of this agreement when you use that feature.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement. If you use the website or services on behalf of a business, channel, organization, or another person, you represent that you have authority to bind that party and authorize the requested actions.

A parent or legal guardian must supervise use by a minor where required by law.

3. Description of Services

VonWallace.com may provide informational resources, faith-based content, utilities, games, quizzes, technology resources, contact forms, news links, creator tools, and other website features.

Man of Majesty Creator Automation is a private, owner-operated tool that may assist with authorized YouTube channel management, transcript processing, metadata preparation, metadata updates, playlist organization, duplicate prevention, and API quota management.

Features may be added, changed, limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time. No particular feature, level of availability, result, or response time is guaranteed.

4. YouTube API Services and Google Services

Some features use YouTube API Services or Google OAuth 2.0. By using those features, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

Use of Google and YouTube features is also subject to the:

Authorized access

You may connect only a Google or YouTube account that you own or are authorized to manage. You authorize the application to perform only the actions presented through the requested OAuth permissions and the selected workflow.

Revocation

You can revoke access through the Google Account third-party connections page. Revocation may prevent connected features from operating. Requests concerning stored authorized data may be submitted under the Privacy Policy .

No affiliation or endorsement

VonWallace.com is independently operated and is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by Google or YouTube. YouTube and Google names, marks, and services belong to their respective owners.

5. Accounts, Credentials, and Authorization

You are responsible for protecting passwords, OAuth credentials, API keys, access tokens, refresh tokens, and devices used to access the services.

Do not submit authentication secrets through ordinary contact forms or email. Immediately revoke or rotate a credential that may have been exposed.

You are responsible for activity performed through an account or credential you control, except to the extent prohibited by applicable law.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the website or services to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, third-party agreement, platform policy, or intellectual-property right.
  • Access, modify, download, disclose, or manage an account, channel, video, caption, playlist, file, or system without authorization.
  • Circumvent OAuth consent, API quotas, rate limits, security controls, access restrictions, robots rules, or technical safeguards.
  • Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with availability, probe systems without permission, or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Harvest credentials or personal information, impersonate another person, send spam, commit fraud, or misrepresent the source or purpose of a request.
  • Use automated tools in a manner that places unreasonable load on the website or violates the rules of a connected service.
  • Use generated text, transcripts, metadata, or other output to deceive, defame, infringe rights, or publish unlawful content.

Reasonable measures may be used to block, rate-limit, investigate, log, or report suspected abuse.

7. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of content you lawfully own. By submitting content or authorizing access to it, you grant VonWallace.com a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, transmit, copy, format, process, analyze, display, or modify it only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature, maintain security, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit the content and authorize the requested processing. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving changes to titles, descriptions, playlists, captions, files, or other published material.

Public submissions may be visible to others. Information intended to remain private should be sent only through an appropriate private method.

8. Automated and AI-Assisted Output

Certain tools may use local or third-party automated systems to classify content, summarize transcripts, suggest titles, prepare descriptions, detect patterns, or assist with other tasks.

Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, repetitive, or inappropriate. It is provided as a draft or aid and must be reviewed before publication or reliance.

You are responsible for confirming factual claims, names, locations, quotations, copyright status, scriptural references, metadata, and compliance with platform rules. The availability of an automated suggestion does not mean that it is approved, verified, or legally safe to publish.

9. Confidentiality

Information submitted privately is treated as confidential as described in the Privacy Policy. Access may be provided to authorized administrators or service providers who reasonably need it for operation, support, security, or legal compliance.

Confidentiality does not prevent disclosure that is authorized by the submitting party, required by law, reasonably necessary to investigate abuse or fraud, or needed to protect rights, property, or safety.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for user content and third-party material, the website design, original text, source code, graphics, databases, organization, and other site materials are owned by or licensed to VonWallace.com and are protected by applicable law.

You may use publicly available website content for ordinary personal viewing and other uses permitted by law. You may not copy, republish, sell, remove notices from, or create a competing service from protected material without permission.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may link to or embed services operated by YouTube, Google, advertisers, social networks, news publishers, payment providers, analytics providers, security vendors, or other third parties.

Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. VonWallace.com does not control and is not responsible for their content, availability, security, data practices, charges, or actions.

A link, reference, or embedded item does not necessarily constitute endorsement.

12. Availability, Maintenance, and Changes

The website and services may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, security events, network failures, provider changes, quota limitations, or circumstances outside the operator's control.

Software, policies, workflows, output formats, access methods, and supported integrations may change without prior notice. You are responsible for maintaining backups of information important to you.

You may stop using the website at any time and may revoke connected-account access through the applicable provider. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

14. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, services, information, links, software, and generated output are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

No warranty is made regarding accuracy, completeness, availability, security, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, error-free operation, uninterrupted access, search placement, audience growth, revenue, spiritual outcome, or any other result.

Website content is provided for general informational and educational purposes. It is not legal, financial, medical, cybersecurity, employment, tax, or other professional advice. Obtain advice from a qualified professional for decisions requiring professional judgment.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VonWallace.com, its operator, contributors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without written permission. The operator may transfer these Terms as part of a reorganization, asset transfer, or change in ownership.

These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any feature-specific terms form the entire agreement concerning use of the website and services, replacing prior discussions about the same subject.
